Inspectors determined those plans lacked the timetables and measurable actions required to track whether a resident's care was actually working.

The elopement involved Resident 3.

The citation, issued October 7, fell under the dietary and nutrition category of the federal inspection framework.

The violation fell under F0677, which covers activities of daily living — the most fundamental category of nursing home care.

Inspectors visited the facility on September 17, September 19, and September 23, 2025.

The finding came out of a complaint inspection at Ignite Medical Resort Katy, conducted November 12, 2025.

The medication was already there.
