F0385 Make sure that a doctor approves a resident's admission in writing and that each resident remains under the care of a doctor. F0386 Make sure that doctors see a resident's plan of care at every visit and make notes about progress and orders in writing. F0387 Make sure that doctors visit residents regularly, as required. F0388 Make sure that all required doctor visits are made personally. F0389 Give or get emergency care by a doctor 24 hours a day. F0390 Make sure the physician properly assigns tasks that can be delegated or satisfied by a physician assistant, nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist . F0710 Obtain a doctor's order to admit a resident and ensure the resident is under a doctor's care. F0711 Ensure the resident's doctor reviews the resident's care, writes, signs and dates progress notes and orders, at each required visit. F0712 Ensure that the resident and his/her doctor meet face-to-face at all required visits. F0713 Provide or arrange emergency care by a doctor 24 hours a day. F0714 Ensure the physician properly assigns and delegates tasks to a physician assistant, nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist. F0715 Ensure the physician properly assigns and delegates tasks to a qualified dietitian (or other qualified nutrition professional); or to a qualified therapist.
