the Pain Management in-service dated 11/20/2025 reflected how to assess new onset or worsening pain, and to recognize verbal and non-verbal signs of pain, which included verbal expressions of pain, crying, groaning, facial expression, grimacing, frowning, protecting body movements, and guarding and clutching. It also included timely administration of pain medication upon admission and/or readmission.A record review of the Admissions in-service dated 11/20/2025 reflected a required review and implementation of physician orders such as enteral feeding, pain medication and supplied needed. admission referrals should be reviewed prior to admission with the coordination of prescriptions, supplies, and equipment to facilitate continuity of care.A record review of the Medication Administration in-service dated 11/20/2025 reflected a
