DNS/Designee conducted a 100% Audit of all residents who reside in the community was conducted on 6/20/2024 to validate care plans and Kardex accuracy reflected the current care needed for each resident. 12 residents were identified during this process and care plan/Kardex was updated to reflect the current need of each resident identified.
