That admission, made during a May 27 complaint inspection, sat at the center of what investigators found at the Baraga County facility.

The May 27 inspection found medication problems involving three residents out of three reviewed, at the 49-bed facility on Maple Avenue.

Nobody had flagged them as a risk.

The aide, identified in inspection records only as Nurse Aide A, was hired on March 18, 2024.
