educated about Resident-to-Resident abuse and discussed if they ever observed themselves or it was

staff assignment sheets for shift also revealed the name of the staff person who was assigned to any resident for one-on-one.

Reviewed the audit and monitoring tools with no issues noted.

Interviews with the Administrator and the DON revealed they provided the same education to all the facility staff, those training sessions were held both in person and via telephone, and all of the staff were able to demonstrate their understanding of the education they had received.
