mls of his/her ordered tube feeding amount and on 10/25/25 when they documented the resident received 2504 mls instead of 1200 mls as ordered;-The registered dietician for the facility reviews the tube feeding orders and he/she looks to see if there needs to be a change in a resident's tube feeding;-He/She is not sure what intake amounts staff should document;-If a tube feeding is not given for any reason, staff should put a note in the residents MAR showing why the resident did not receive it.
