All new education was also added to the newly hired staff education and checklists.4. An Ad Hoc Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meeting was held to discuss elopement policies and procedures. An audit of the door alarms to validate staff's response began 07/31/2025, daily for two weeks, then three days a week for two weeks, then once a week for a total of four weeks.
