The DON confirmed that the physicians orders were not followed. i) Resident #102 On 11/25/2025 at 11:10 AM, a record review for Resident #102 revealed a physicians order that stated: Accu check one time a day every Mon, Wed, Fri with a start date of 09/13/24.

Upon further review the Accu check on 02/24/25 was not administered.

The DON confirmed that the physicians order was not followed.
