wear gown and gloves for high-contact care activities that included wound care.
Staff G stated, I
10:09 AM, Staff H, RCM, stated that EBP was done for residents with wounds and that staff were expected to wear gown and gloves.
Staff H further stated that Staff G should have worn a gown when they provided wound care to Resident 2.In an interview on 08/29/2025 at 11:21 AM, Staff B stated that staff were expected to wear gown and gloves for residents on EBP.
