F 0656 In an interview with CNA E on 04/02/2025, at 1:15 p.m. she stated CNAs had access to resident Kardex's, which showed them resident care plans, but not physician's orders.

When a resident has a persistent or recurrent urinary tract infection after treatment with antibiotics, the physician will review the situation carefully with the nursing staff and consider other additional issues before prescribing additional courses of antibiotics .
