Review of the facility's Smoking Policy dated 10/2022 reflected: Any resident with restricted smoking or smokeless tobacco privileges requiring monitoring shall have thedirect supervision of a staff member, family member, visitor or volunteer worker at all times while smokingor using smokeless tobacco.
Residents may not have or keep any smoking articles, including cigarettes, tobacco, etc., except when theyare under direct supervision.
