Store, cook, and serve food in a safe and clean way.

Dispose of garbage and refuse properly.

Maintain drug records and properly mark/label drugs and other similar products according to accepted professional standards.

Have a program that investigates, controls and keeps infection from spreading.

Provide bedrooms that don't allow residents to see each other when privacy is needed.
