Interview with the Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator on February 7, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. confirmed that Resident 3's MDS, dated [DATE], was inaccurately coded regarding antibiotics.
A quarterly MDS assessment for Resident 9, dated January 30, 2025, revealed that the resident was cognitively intact, required assistance from staff for personal care needs, and had diagnoses that included coronary artery disease.
Section N0415H (Opioid) indicated that the resident received an opioid during the seven-day look-back period.
Review of the MAR for Resident 9, dated January, 2025, revealed that the resident did not receive opioids during the seven-day look-back period.
Interview with the Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator on February 7, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. confirmed that Resident 3's MDS, dated [DATE], was inaccurately coded regarding opioid medications.
