Ensure each residentβs drug regimen must be free from unnecessary drugs.
Arrange for the provision of hospice services or assist the resident in transferring to a facility that will arrange for the provision of hospice services.

Notify each resident of certain balances and convey resident funds upon discharge, eviction, or death.
Create and put into place a plan for meeting the resident's most immediate needs within 48 hours of being admitted
Provide appropriate care for residents who are continent or incontinent of bowel/bladder, appropriate catheter care, and appropriate care to prevent urinary tract infections.
Have a registered nurse on duty 8 hours a day; and select a registered nurse to be the director of nurses on a full time basis.
