The individuals who did not receive education will complete education upon their return, prior to the start of their shift. - Interviews were completed on 10/21/2025 to determine compliance with staff training and education including the Director of Social Services, the Recreation Director, the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, one (1) Unit Manager, and the Director of Nursing.
