Inspectors cited the facility under a deficiency category covering how nursing homes procure, store, prepare, distribute, and serve food.

At Clearview Home, federal inspectors found that clock was not being honored.

The scheduling coordinator, Staff E, told inspectors they were notified around 4:00 PM on May 13 that some call lights on the Cove unit weren't working.

The admission came at the close of a complaint inspection completed May 29.
