The resident, identified only as Resident #1 in inspection records, had been living at the 46-bed facility after suffering a stroke.

The resident, identified in inspection records only as R3, was prescribed Vancomycin every six hours.

"I work today and tomorrow," CNA M told inspectors on May 27.

The residents who raised the concern were not wrong about the risk.
