During an interview on 08/16/2025 at 10:57 AM, the Administrator stated nursing staff should follow physician orders when administering pain medication, assessing residents to ensure their pain was being managed, and if it was not, they should try other interventions.

The Administrator stated that if the pain was still not controlled, they should contact the physician to see what other interventions they want to try.

The Administrator stated they should try repositioning or moving the resident to a different setting, and the staff should document what was being tried.?
