Inspection Findings
During this observation of Resident #41/Resident #22, Resident #40/Resident #5 and Resident #24/Resident #2's rooms the Administrator stated the cleanliness did not meet the standards of facility.
She indicated she was not aware that Resident #2, Resident #5, Resident #22, Resident #24, Resident #40, and Resident #41's rooms were not clean, and it was unacceptable to have dirty resident rooms.
The Administrator stated she did not know why the Housekeeping Director was unaware.
She further stated if substandard work was observed, the assigned housekeeper should redo the room.
