received a shorter bed after the transfer. An interview was conducted on 02/20/26 at 1:21 PM with
facility computers and facility cell phones used to manage work orders) if a resident needed a larger
interview was conducted with the Administrator on 02/20/26 at 1:21 PM.
The Administrator confirmed nursing staff assessed residents for bed size when they were admitted to the facility. He stated the nursing assessment was a visual assessment and when a resident could express their needs nursing staff got verbal confirmation the resident was comfortable in the bed. He stated he expected residents to be in the proper sized bed.
