notify the physician.During an interview on 10/16/25 at 2:33 P.M., the physician said he/she expects facility staff to hold administration of residents' blood pressure medications as directed on their POS, and also expects staff to notify him/her each time they do not administer a medication for low blood pressures so he/she can follow up, re-assess the resident and adjust medications as necessary. The physician said staff are aware they can notify him/her at any time via secured message, phone call or fax. During an interview
