department checked with corporate maintenance to get work approved. Maintenance was responsible for following up with pest control issues.-The pest control guy said if they used weatherstripping that stuck to

the exterior kitchen door frame it would help, but the facility hadn't followed up with that yet.-A Life Safety company was out a couple of weeks ago and evaluated the fire doors. They were supposed to also check

the exterior kitchen door and didn't. -Currently the facility's priority was to fix the front of the building which was hit by a vehicle and is scheduled for repairs starting on 11/15/25. The pest issue hadn't been their top priority. Complaint 2640075
