residents complained the building was too hot, and everything was being adjusted by boiler mechanics. The documentation stated that boiler number 2 is fully functional, currently set to 120 and 144 degrees. She explained that Boiler 1 is also contributing to the temp, and that the same work is now being completed (cleaning and new burner assembly). The units' temps are at 120 degrees, and the climbing facility is comfortable. She revealed that the technicians will be here the rest of the day to monitor and adjust Boiler 2 (if needed) and that the above temperature satisfaction is due to the installation yesterday of the boiler #2 corrective action, i.e., placement of the new custom-made boiler assembly. As mentioned above, the custom-made boiler assembly was being installed on boiler #1. She stated that, as a result, residents and staff are all expressing warmth and comfort with the facility's temperatures in their rooms, halls, and the common area.
