She indicated that another GNA, #2 found Resident #1 in the boiler room during the facility search.

When asked if either of the laundry room doors were ajar or propped open that evening, she stated No, the laundry room is always locked.

When asked if she ever found the doors propped or unlocked she stated No, we always keep it locked.
