Nurse D stated that all CNAs have a shower schedule for each day.
She stated it was expected that the showers would be done on the day they were scheduled.
Administrative Nurse D stated that Administrative Nurse F was responsible for following up with the staff if a resident did not get their shower as scheduled.The facility's Quality of Care policy dated 10/2023 documented that it was the policy of the facility that residents were given the appropriate treatment and services to improve his or her abilities.
Residents who were unable to carry out ADLs would receive necessary services to maintain good nutrition, grooming, personal hygiene, and oral hygiene.
