Review of the facility policy dated 11/3/2023 with a revision date of 3/8/2023 titled Resident Rights revealed: Policy: the facility will inform the resident both orally and in writing, in a language that the resident understands, of his or her rights and all rules and regulations governing resident contact and responsibilities during the stay in the facility.
