The NHA said verbal education with staff was conducted with the memory care staff on
which focused on elopement risk and ensuring all windows and doors were secure.
The staff development coordinator said the memory care unit staff received dementia care education on 2/18/26 and the facility would have an all-staff dementia training in March 2026.
