During a review of Resident 62's Minimum Data Set (MDS, a federally mandated resident assessment tool), dated 4/18/2025, the MDS indicated Resident 62 was cognitively (the process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses) intact with skills required for daily decision making.

The MDS indicated Resident 62 was independent with eating and oral hygiene.

The MDS indicated Resident 62 had atrial fibrillation.

During a review of Resident 62's Physician's Orders the Physician's Orders indicated the following orders:

Flecainide Acetate oral tablet 50 milligrams (mg, metric unit of measurement, used for medication dosage and/or amount), give one tablet by mouth every 12 hours for irregular heartbeat; hold dose if apical pulse is less than (<) 60 bpm., dated 3/26/2025.
