provided the inventory record for Resident 4 dated 6/17/25, the inventory upon admission was not
general concern in the resident council meeting; and there were many residents' clothes in the laundry
returned to them, and whatever belongings they have. SSD stated they have the obligations to the rights of the residents to have their personal belongings and it is a team effort and an obligation to ensure that happens.During a review of the facility's policy and procedure (P&P) titled, Personal Property, revised date August 2022, the P&P indicated Residents are permitted to retain and use personal possessions, including . clothing, as space permits, unless doing so would infringe on the rights or health and safety of other residents.The resident's personal belongings and clothing are inventoried and documented upon admission and updated as necessary.A review of the facility's P&P titled, Resident Rights, revised date February 2021, indicated, . retain and use personal possessions to the maximum extent that space and safety permit.
