The ADM further stated that he had
the residents for not having RD oversight in the kitchen was risk in quality of care and optimal nutritional care. A review of the facility provided advertisement job posting published on the internet site Indeed for a Registered Dietitian opening, dated August 2025, indicated, .Duties.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional needs.Supervise dietary department staff, ensuring compliance with established protocols and high standards of care.
