During a review of the facility's P&P titled, Fall Management Program dated 4/6/2026, the P&P indicated, Following a resident's fall, the licensed nurse will complete an incident report and a Post-Fall Assessment & Investigation within 24 hours or as soon as practicable.
Nursing staff will document the resident's response to interventions being utilized in the resident's medical record.
